Let your little one be whisked away on a journey of stories, bubbles, glitter, and potions, all from the comfort of home. Booking and Payment • All video calls must be booked in advance via our website. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your fairy’s visit. • You’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your call. Call Setup We use Zoom for our magical video calls. Please make sure your device is fully charged and you have a stable internet connection. Parental Supervision • For safety and comfort, we require a parent or responsible adult to be present (or nearby) during the entire call. • Our fairies are here to entertain, but guardians are responsible for the child’s well-being and safety in their environment. *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A BABYSITTING SERVICE* Recording & Privacy You are welcome to record the call for personal memories, but please do not share the video publicly without permission. We never record or store video calls on our end. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with third parties. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We offer rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability). • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call are non-refundable. A credit will be placed on your account We aim to keep the magic alive in a kind and respectful environment and we reserve the right to end the call early if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
