Calling all little fairies and wizards! Get ready to mix, fizz, sparkle and giggle your way through the most enchanting party celebration ever! Fairy Holly’s Kids Potion Parties are a magical adventure designed to spark imaginations and leave hearts full of wonder for UP TO 20 CHILDREN Perfect for birthdays backyard gatherings or park picnics — I bring the magic to you! Here’s what’s brewing in your magical party cauldron: - Whimsical Fairy sparkles for everyone! - A hands-on potion-making session with treasures from nature, coloured waters, sparkles plus bubbling, fizzing Barefoot Potions products made with real fairy dust and a sprinkle of giggles! UP TO 20 CHILDREN - Chasing Bubbles together and searching for fairy treasure if we have left over time For up to 1.5 hours, your little ones will dive into a world of sensory play and imagination, where every child becomes the creator of their own magical world. Booking Info: This package is ideal for ages 2-8yrs old Bringing not only the children together but also captivating the hearts of parents who also enjoy creating a potion with their child, making the party quiet a bonding and fun experience for everyone! - Tables included for potion play set up. No required by parent PLEASE NOTE: Travel Information All parties do have travel included. If your event is located outside of your chosen location you will be contacted within 24hrs of your booking to arrange travel payment. PAYMENT A $350 Deposit is required to book and remainder is invoiced for payment a week before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions – Fairy Holly Parties I am so excited to bring magic to your child’s special day! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read through the booking terms and conditions: 1. Postponements & Location Changes • If you need to postpone or change the party location, we kindly ask for 7–14 days’ notice prior to your booking date. • In cases of last-minute weather changes on the day, Fairy Holly needs as much notice as possible for travel purposes 2. Cancellations & Refunds • If you need to cancel your booking, a refund will be issued at Fairy Holly. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days. • Please note: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to the nature of the business and scheduling commitments. • Please note: If fairy Holly cannot attend the event due to sickness or unforeseen reasons a full 100% refund will be provided 3.
