Fairy Holly, the enchanting entertainer, invites you to step into a world of creativity and wonder with her magical offerings. Featuring Barefoot Potion Fizz as the main element bringing bubbly fun to their potions sparking their imagination. With nature elements, colourful water and glitter little ones are sure to be inspired. Fairy Holly brings a touch of magic to every event. Let her create memorable moments with bubbles, face glitter, and other magical touches that will leave children spellbound, not only believing in fairies bit also believing in themselves. PARTY INCLUDES: Up to 2hrs of Magic with Fairy Holly - Face Painting or Glitter - Potion Making - Bubbles and dancing to finish off the party Book Fairy Holly today for an experience filled with whimsical magic and joy. PLEASE NOTE: Brisbane locations will require a further $80 travel fee which will be invoiced to you if required after the booking. PLEASE take this into consideration. Failing to pay your travel invoice within the week leading up to your event will result in cancelling your event with the loss of your 50% deposit. Gold Coast Parties include all travel fees.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions – Fairy Holly Parties We’re so excited to bring magic to your child’s special day! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read through our booking terms and conditions: 1. Postponements & Location Changes • If you need to postpone or change the party location, we kindly ask for 7–14 days’ notice prior to your booking date. • In cases of last-minute weather changes on the day, Fairy Holly will do her best to remain flexible and accommodate a location change where possible. 2. Cancellations & Refunds • If you need to cancel your booking, a refund may be issued at Fairy Holly’s discretion. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. • Please note: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to the nature of the business and scheduling commitments. 3. Weather Considerations • Please choose your location with care. If it’s outdoors, we recommend having a backup plan in case of bad weather. • On warm weather days, adequate shade is essential—especially for face painting! Without shade, paints and glitter may melt, and it may be uncomfortable for both children and entertainers. 4. Face Paint & Product Use • Fairy Holly uses professional-quality face paints, glitters, and products, always maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and care. • However, we cannot take responsibility for any skin irritations or allergic reactions. If you are concerned, we recommend patch testing or checking ingredients ahead of time. 5. Travel Fee • Travel costs are included in all party packages. • For parties held in Brisbane, QLD, an additional $80 travel fee applies, due to travel distance and limitations on taking other bookings that day. • If your booking is in Brisbane, you’ll be notified within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
